The service we provide to Australian families is 100% free of charge. We’re able to provide this service for free to families because we charge the aged care providers a fee for undertaking service and admissions on behalf of them.

Under Australian Law the fee we charge the Aged Care provider cannot be passed on to you.
Our model means the fee we charge the Aged Care provider is the same, regardless of your financial status, RAD or Care level.

Our services are also obligation free and whether you choose to use the Aged Care provider or providers we recommend or not, our service is still 100% free of charge.
