My Aged Care packages and Home Care Packages are terms that are often used interchangeably which is why the Aged Care System can be so confusing.

Home Care Packages are government-funded packages to help older Australians remain living at home on their own. There are 4 levels of Home Care Packages, each offering varying levels of support based on an individual’s care needs.
