Reward Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

• 1.1 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 612 411 720) of Office 207, 28 Riddell Parade Elsternwick VIC 3185 (CareAbout) is the promoter of the “CareAbout Reward Promotion” (promotion).
• 1.2 Information on how to participate in the promotion and the reward particulars form part of these terms.
• 1.3 To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and other information provided about the promotion, these terms prevail.
• 1.4 This promotion is valid until 30 June 2024
• 1.5 This promotion and these terms are subject to change by us at any time and without notice.
• 1.6 Any changes to the terms will be posted on the CareAbout website.
• 1.7 This promotion is not combinable with any other offer.
• 1.8 The CareAbout Privacy Policy governs the terms and conditions under which we collect and use your personal information. By participating in the promotion you are deemed to be aware of and to agree to the CareAbout Privacy Policy

2. Details of the Promotion

• 2.1 Eligible recipients of home care services will receive a Westfield gift voucher valued at $200. You can learn more about Westfield gift cards here.
• 2.2 This offer is valid for clients who sign up for home care services with a provider recommended by CareAbout.
• 2.3 The offer can be redeemed only once per individual and cannot be redeemed multiple times.
• 2.4 Gift cards will be mailed to the eligible recipient at the home address provided to our Care Advisor.
• 2.5 CareAbout is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• 3.1 To be eligible to participate in the promotion and receive a reward:
  (a) you must at the time you complete the online form have attained the age of 18 years, and
  (b) you must have received continual services from recommended provider for a consecutive period of three months.
• 3.2 CareAbout directors, management, employees or their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the promotion or receive a reward.

4. Conditions and other terms

• 4.1 Any reward payable to you will be paid within one (1) calendar month of the day we notify you that you are eligible to be paid the reward.
• 4.2 We do not have to pay a reward to you if:
  (a) you have breached these terms
  (b) any email we send to you at the email address you have given us is undeliverable for any reason, or
  (c) you provide us with incorrect mailing information.
• 4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with correct and up to date and current contact details for you.
• 4.4 If at any time we are of the opinion that you have provided false or misleading details to us, we may in our absolute discretion refuse to pay a reward and we have no obligation to provide reasons to you for our decision in this regard.
• 4.5 You consent to your personal information being used for CareAbout marketing purposes. You authorise and consent to us contacting you by email or telephone from time to time with offers, products, services or other promotional offers that may be suitable to you. If you prefer not to receive marketing information from us, you may opt out at any time by providing notice to us or clicking on the unsubscribe link within any email we may send you.
• 4.6 You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless in respect to any and all claims, loss and damage, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us or CareAbout directly or indirectly related to any allegation or assertion by a friend referred by you that they did not consent to:
  (a) you providing their details to us,
  (b) us making contact with them to discuss their care options, and
  (c) us notifying you that a provider introduced by CareAbout will be providing home care services or Aged Care Home options.
