1. General Terms
1.1 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 612 411 720) of Office 207, 28 Riddell Parade Elsternwick VIC 3185 (CareAbout) is the promoter of the “CareAbout Refer a Friend Reward Promotion” (promotion).
1.2 Information on how to participate in the promotion and the reward particulars form part of these terms.
1.3 To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and other information provided about the promotion, these terms prevail.
1.4 By submitting the name of a friend to us as part of the promotion you agree to these terms.
1.5 This promotion is valid until further notice.
1.6 This promotion and these terms are subject to change by us at any time and without notice.
1.7 Any changes to the terms will be posted on the CareAbout website.
1.8 This promotion is not combinable with any other offer.
1.9 The CareAbout Privacy Policy governs the terms and conditions under which we collect and use your personal information and the personal information of any friend you refer to us. By participating in the promotion you and any friend you refer to us are deemed to be aware of and to agree to the CareAbout Privacy Policy and supplying the name of a friend to us you indicate your agreement to this Policy

2. Details of the Promotion
2.1 If you have a friend who you believe may be interested in having CareAbout find them a home care package provider, NDIS provider or Aged Care Home, you may, with the consent of your friend, provide us with the name and contact details of your friend by completing the online form available at our website (online form).
2.2 For the purposes of these terms the expression “friend” means any person you refer to us and may include members of your family.
2.3 There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer to us, but we may decline to accept referrals from you at our sole discretion.
2.4 When you complete the online form you must also provide us with your name and contact details.
2.5 In completing the online form and providing us with your friend’s name and contact details you warrant to us that your friend has given you their consent to:
(a) provide their details to us,
(b) us making contact with them to discuss their care options, and
(c) notifying you if CareAbout finds them a home care package provider.
2.6 In completing the online form and providing us with your friend’s name and contact details you also warrant to us that your friend has expressly requested that we make contact with them to discuss their care options.
2.7 Subject to these terms, including the clauses dealing with conditions and eligibility criteria, if your friend receives home care services from a provider introduced by CareAbout within three (3) months (reward eligibility period) of you providing us with your friend’s name and contact details via the online form then we will pay you a reward.
2.8 The amount of the reward (reward) will be as specified in the online form.
2.9 We may vary the amount of the reward from time to time in our sole discretion from time to time and need not give you notice of any change in the reward amount.
2.10 The amount of any reward to which you are entitled is the amount specified in the online form at the time you complete that form.
3. Eligibility Criteria
3.1 To be eligible to participate in the promotion and receive a reward:
(a) you must at the time you complete the online form have attained the age of 18 years, and
(b) the friend you refer must not have personally or via a third party interacted with CareAbout prior to your referral.
3.2 CareAbout directors, management, employees or their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the promotion or receive a reward.
4. Conditions and other terms
4.1 We will notify you if a provider introduced by CareAbout provides home care services during the reward eligibility period to the friend referred by you.
4.2 Any reward payable to you will be paid within one (1) calendar month of the day we notify you that you are eligible to be paid a reward in respect of a referred friend.
4.3 We do not have to pay a reward to you if:
(a) you have breached these terms, or
(b) any email we send to you at the email address you have given us is undeliverable for any reason.
4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with correct and up to date and current contact details for you.
4.5 If at any time we are of the opinion that you or your friend referred have provided false or misleading details to us, we may in our absolute discretion refuse to pay a reward and we have no obligation to provide reasons to you for our decision in this regard.
4.6 We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, at any time and from time to time determine to refuse to accept referrals of friends from you and are not required to assign any reason for our decision in that regard.
4.7 You consent to your personal information being used by CareAbout marketing purposes. You authorise and consent to us contacting you by email or telephone from time to time with offers, products, services or other promotional offers that may be suitable to you. If you prefer not to receive marketing information from us, you may opt out at any time by providing notice to us or clicking on the unsubscribe link within any email we may send you.
4.8 You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless in respect to any and all claims, loss and damage, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us or CareAbout directly or indirectly related to any allegation or assertion by a friend referred by you that they did not consent to:
(a) you providing their details to us,
(b) us making contact with them to discuss their care options, and
(c) us notifying you that a provider introduced by CareAbout will be providing home care services, NDIS services or Aged Care Home options to the friend referred by you.
