One program, three kinds of support

What support could look like for you

Your services are chosen around your assessed needs and the things that will help you live safely and independently at home.

Specialised, evidence-based care to maintain or restore older people’s functional or cognitive abilities, delivered or supervised by qualified or accredited health professionals.

Support delivered to older people to help them manage activities of daily living and the loss of skills required to live independently.

Support to assist older people to keep their home in a liveable state in order to enable them to stay independent in their homes.
