Smart Watch Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 The promoter of the Smart Watch Promotion (“Promotion”) is CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 612 411 720), located at Office 207, 28 Riddell Parade, Elsternwick, Victoria 3185.

1.2 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3 The Promotion runs from 1 February 2025 to 1 April 2025 (“Promotional Period”). However, CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, choose to offer or extend the Promotion outside the stated Promotional Period.

1.4 The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

1.5 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, with changes posted on www.careabout.com.au

2. Details of the Promotion

2.1 Eligible participants will receive one (1) smart watch:

• For Apple users, an Apple Watch SE GPS 40mm (RRP $399 as of writing).
• For Android users, a Samsung Galaxy Watch FE 40mm (RRP $399 as of writing).

2.2 If either model becomes unavailable, a similar watch from the same brand with equivalent functionality and RRP will be offered. The replacement watch must include a fall detection feature.

2.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Participants must:

a) Be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

b) Sign up for a Level 3 or Level 4 Home Care Package during the Promotional Period. Participants with Level 1 or Level 2 Home Care Packages or under the CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Programme) are not eligible.

c) Remain with the CareAbout Recommended Home Care Provider for at least ninety (90) days after services begin.

d) Ensure they have a compatible phone and appropriate WiFi/data connection to connect with and use the smart watch.

e) Submit a claim process, detailed in Clause 4

f) Not have been a customer of a CareAbout Recommended Provider in the ninety (90) days prior to signing up during the Promotional Period.

3.2 A maximum of one (1) claim per person is permitted.

4. Claim Process

4.1 Eligible participants will receive an email after ninety (90) days of service with their CareAbout Recommended Home Care Provider.

4.2 Participants must follow the steps in the email, which include:

• Completing a claim form with their basic details.
• Submitting a quick survey provided in the email.

4.3 Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the email.

5. Notification and Prize Delivery

5.1 Once the claim is verified, the prize will be dispatched to the participant’s provided Australian address within 30 days.

5.2. CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the participant.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries or claims due to technical or other errors.

6.2 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd is not liable for any tax implications or additional costs incurred by the participant.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy, available at www.careabout.com.au/privacy

7.2. Participants consent to their name and likeness being used for promotional purposes in connection with this Promotion.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

8.2 Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
