Raffle: Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 The promoter of the Raffle (“Promotion”) is CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 612 411 720), located at Office 207, 28 Riddell Parade, Elsternwick, Victoria 3185.

1.2 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3 The Promotion runs from 18 June 2026 to 30 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

1.4 The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

1.5 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, with changes posted on the CareAbout website.

2. Details of the Promotion

2.1 One winner will receive a bank transfer of $1,000 (and must provide a BSB and Acc Number to process this) if they sign with a recommended provider before 30 July 2026.

2.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

2.3 The winner will be randomly drawn at 4pm on 30 July 2026 and notified via email and phone within 24 hours.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Participants must:

a) Be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

b) Meet the entry mechanics described in clause 4.

c) Ensure that their referral remains valid during the promotional period. If the referral is cancelled by the customer, the participant’s entry into the Promotion will also be cancelled.

3.2 Participants who have previously been recommended or signed up with a CareAbout Home Care Provider within 3 months prior of the promotion period are not eligible for this Promotion.

3.3 Directors, employees, or family members of CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd are ineligible for this Promotion.

4. Entry Mechanics

4.1 To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the required action:

a) Arrange a meeting with one of CareAbout’s Recommended Home Care Provider during the Promotional Period.

b) Eligible entries are valid only if participants meet the criteria set out in clause 3 and provide accurate contact details.

5. Prize Draw and Notification

5.1 The draw will take place at Office 207, 28 Riddell Parade, Elsternwick, Victoria 3185, using a random selection process.

5.2 The winner will be notified via email and phone within 24 hours of the draw.

5.3 The winner must claim the prize within five (5) days of notification.

5.4 If the prize is unclaimed within the specified time, a redraw will occur at 3 pm on July 11 2026 using the same method, and the new winner will be notified via email and phone within 24 hours of the redraw.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or other errors.

6.2 CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd is not liable for any tax implications or additional costs incurred by the winner.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal information collected will be used in accordance with CareAbout Holdings Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.

7.2 Participants consent to their name and likeness being used for promotional purposes if they win the prize.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

8.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
